| Disposition of Tax Foreclosed Properties
Upon acquisition by Multnomah County all tax foreclosed real property is first made available to the former owner of record for re-purchase for not less than the accrued taxes, interest, and expenses. If the former owner does not repurchase the property, it is then reviewed by the Greenspace Review Committee to determine the suitability for public use as open space, parks, or natural areas and given the appropriate designation.

| Oral Public Auction Rules
1. This is an oral auction; NO SEALED BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
2. You need to register on the day of the auction prior to the first bid. Registration begins at 9:30 am. Upon registration you will receive a bidding number that you will use for the entire auction.

| Terms of Sale
1. CASH OR EARNEST MONEY: Full payment of sale price due on date of sale, or a nonrefundable 20% of minimum bid due immediately on day of sale, and execution of County supplied Earnest Money Agreement for the balance of sale price. The Earnest Money Agreement will require balance due on June 28, 2010 by noon; at the County’s Tax Title Office, located at 501 SE HAWTHORNE BLVD, Room 175, Portland, Oregon, 97214-3560 or the sale is null and void.
