The mission of the Division of Assessment, Recording and Taxation is to serve the public by carrying out all mandated functions with integrity, accountability, excellent customer service, accuracy and effectiveness, while strategically and prudently managing public resources.
New Passport Acceptance Facility Location:
On July 1, 2010, the Passport Acceptance Office relocated to the Multnomah Building. The Division of Assessment, Recording and Taxation (DART), located on the 1st floor of the Multnomah Building, 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd, Suite 175, will start accepting passport applications. All the same passport services that were available at the Elections Division acceptance office will now be available at the DART office. Passport applications will no longer be accepted at Multnomah County Elections after June 29, 2010.

You can check your property value, taxes due, property description, and much more. Use the Guest Login button when you visit the Multnomah County Property Records webpage at www.MultCoPropTax.org. The free GUEST access provides a search by Property Account Number (e.g. R176816) or street address. Expanded search capabilities are provided in the subscription access.
